Steven/ The General has been doing fitness all his life, but ramped it up when he turned 45. Having cancer run through his family he took and made fitness an everyday activity to keep himself healthy. At 56 years young he is doing just that! Steven runs a Team called Prospect Acres OCR and is very passionate about the word Team. In 2018, 2019 and 2021 Steven was a gold, silver and bronze medalist all 3 years in his age group at the OCR World Championships, the pinnacle of the sport he loves. Steven travels all over the country and has been very successful landing on the podium doing Spartan, Tough Mudders, Savage along with other Obstacle based races.

As a SCW Certified Trainer, Steven brings a great length of Bootcamp, HIIT, and Strength & Core workouts to the table! Steven lives in Franklin, NH with his wife of 25 years, has 5 children and when not instructing you can find him playing on his own obstacle course he built at his house!
