Katie MacMullin grew up in Concord, New Hampshire, and loves to gather inspiration hiking and skiing in the mountains and camping by the ocean. A seeker of knowledge and meaning, she transformed her life through years of healing after concussions and Lyme disease. She's been practicing yoga since 2014 which played a central role in her transition from recovery to thriving. Yoga deepened her trust in the body’s ability to heal, and introduced her to the power of the mind and breath.
Since 2021, Katie has been teaching yoga and creating nurturing spaces for clients to explore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Known for her positivity and unique perspective on the mind-body connection, she encourages self-trust and guides transformative journeys on the mat. Yoga, she believes, is medicine for the body and mind: it supports longevity, enhances athletic performance, and fosters awareness, belonging, and confidence. Katie often weaves multiple styles into her classes, including Hatha (slow flow), Vinyasa (dynamic flow), Energy Medicine Yoga (emotion and energy balancing), Yin (for fascia and connective tissues), Nidra (deep rest), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation (mental yoga).
Katie is a certified Biomagnetism Therapist, Emotion Protocol Practitioner, Reiki Master, and yoga teacher trained in Hatha, Kriya, Pranayama, Yin, and Energy Medicine Yoga. Since 2019, she has studied with renowned experts such as Dr. Luis Garcia, Janelle Salzman of INDRA, Mollie Busby of YogaHive Montana, Kripalu teacher Kate O’Donnell, Dr. Anusha of Boston Ayurveda Inc., and Corina Benner. Drawing inspiration from her teachers, Katie integrates modern science with ancient philosophies, offering experiences that empower you to embrace new possibilities for healing and growth.
