Corey started his fitness journey in 2015. His main focus was kickboxing and mitt training. Corey left kickboxing to pursue personal training and once he received his Personal Training Certification he proceeded to expand his love of fitness to group classes. Corey took his skills in kickboxing, energy and dance to create a step kickboxing cardio class. Creating this step kickboxing class helped to open doors into teaching Bootcamp and Spin classes, along with tapping into strength training, with a focus on core.

Corey is an honest, vulnerable, loving human being that sees the best in everyone. Corey’s main reason for getting into fitness was because he is a survivor of sexual and domestic abuse. Through fitness he has grown to find a stronger mentality to go from a victim to a survivor. Corey has watched clients break and supported them into falling in love with the break and realizing their magic. Through play, laughter, and dedication he has watched himself fall and rise up with tremendous self-love and self empowerment. Corey’s goal through fitness is to create a safe space for the community, allow people to be seen and heard, and to give grace upon themselves. Let’s make magic together!
