Alice is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, teaching boot camp style classes, strength and conditioning, stretch and mobility, and boxing. She is a strong advocate of cross-training. Varying movement patterns and incorporating different exercises into a fitness routine allow muscles to recover, prevent overuse injuries, and prevent muscle imbalances. Her classes move members through all three planes of motion, improving balance, stability, and overall performance. Motivating and helping others strive towards their fitness goals inspires her to push her own personal limits, mentally and physically.

Alice’s sense of adventure draws her to the outdoors and to try new hobbies, which include obstacle course races, trail and mountain races, road races, kayaking, and paddle-boarding.
